To keep privately (or corporately) owned villas safe and comfortable, we visually inspect the building and its facilities, check locks, water, hot-spring and LPG valves, and report any repairs needed.
Q. If I haven't used the villa for a while, can you clean the interior before my visit?

If you notify us at least two weeks in advance, we will schedule a one-off cleaning based on the weather.

Sustainable Development Goals

“Fueki Ryuko” — the timeless and the timely

Since 1975, for half a century we have served as the management center for the Omuro Kogen villa community, operating our core water-supply infrastructure business—meter reading, maintenance, management, and operations.
Going forward, we will invest in facilities in a planned way and pursue higher productivity through IoT, including smart metering.

As part of our ongoing operations, we have been commissioned by individual owners for villa management and maintenance, and we also conduct real estate sales and brokerage. We are now launching a renovation business and will actively pursue purchase, renovation, and resale of villas and similar properties.

From those who have visited or stayed in Omuro Kogen and Izu Kogen, we aim to help this become a community people truly wish to live in—including “dual residency,” which the government promotes. In the spirit of “Fueki Ryuko,” we will continue working toward a safe, secure, and sustainable Omuro Kogen / Izu Kogen area and, in turn, regional revitalization for the entire city of Ito.
